I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

I will not begin work until all necessary references and information have been provided.

Please provide clear, visual references whenever possible. Written descriptions are accepted, but I cannot guarantee an exact match to something that does not have a visual reference.

Any written descriptions without visual representations will require an additional fee.

Major changes requested after I have started will come with an additional charge.

Please be respectful and patient. Art takes time, and I want to make sure you receive the best piece I can provide.

There are individual rules that apply for certain sales and these will not apply to all commission types.

Please be advised there is a complexity fee charged depending on the character, even if there is a flat rate sale.

It is up to the client to familiarize themselves with my gallery. This means I will not emulate/copy someone's work or style for the piece commissioned.

All payments are made through PayPal either as an invoice sent through my paypal link for payment under 'Goods and Services'. This is to protect both myself as the artist, and you the client.

Any payments sent 'Friends and Family' are to be considered a tip.

Cryptocurrency will not be accepted as a form of payment for services.

Payment is required [in full/upfront OR if arrangements have been made for a payment plan] before I begin work.

All prices are listed in USD.

Payment plans may be available for larger commissions at my discretion.

If a payment plan is agreed upon, I will not send the finished unwatermarked artwork until the commission has been paid in full.

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

Small changes are welcome during the sketching stage.

Please make sure to mention any major corrections as early as possible.

Significant changes after the artwork has progressed beyond the sketching stage will require an additional fee.

Changes caused by unclear or missing references will also require an extra fee.

If I have not started your commission, a refund may be available.

If work has already begun, any refund will depend on how much work has been completed.

Completed commissions are non-refundable.

If I am unable to complete your commission, I will discuss an appropriate refund based on the amount of work finished.

Turn around time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload.

I will do my best to provide an estimated completion time when your commission is accepted.

Please understand that real-life circumstances may cause delays. If there is a significant delay, I will keep you updated.

Rush commissions must be discussed and approved before payment is sent.

A rush fee will be added to the base commission price depending on the requested turnaround time and workload.

Rush fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

I reserve the right to decline a rush commission if I am unable to reasonably complete it by the requested deadline.

The client must provide all necessary references and information promptly. Delays caused by missing references, late responses, or requested changes may affect the agreed-upon deadline.

Major revisions may not be available on rush commissions due to the limited turnaround time.

Once full payment has been received (or a payment plan has been arranged), I will start work on your commission. I work best with artistic liberty or using your idea as a general guideline. This means I will apply my own interpretation of the idea to the piece. Elements such as composition, posing, lighting, and background (if applicable) are under artist discrection. I will se my best and create what I feel works best for the character and your idea.

You may provide more specific references to poses or other elements.

After payment has been received, a work in progress sketch will be sent out based on your commission request. (Note: This does not apply to sketch-level commissions). This work in progress is for you to check for character accuracy in terms of the body, hairstyle, etc. Any special markings will not be added at this stage.

Large edits may be made at this point -- up to three.

If the piece as a whole is not to your desired liking or taste and you wish for a new one, I reserve the right to use the work in progress for a YCH piece.

If everything is approved, I will begin working on the linework. At this stage, only minor edits wil be made to the lineart after I begin. So, please make sure everything looks correct before we proceed.

After linework is completed, no major changes may be made without an additional 10% fee to make the change depending on the difficulty of said requested change, unless it was done in artist error.

Before receiving your completed commission, you will be sent one last work in progress that has been colored (if applicable). This is the time to check for missing marking, character details, missed colors. I will fix MINOR details that were not clearly mentioned/showed at the time of sending the commission details.

After this point, there will be no further changes to the commission.

You must have permission to use the character you are commissioning.

I am not responsible for ownership disputes regarding characters provided to me.

I retain the copyright to the artwork.

I reserve the right to post the finished artwork on my social media, portfolio, and other art platforms.

I may use commissioned artwork for self-promotion and examples of my work.

I will never claim ownership of your character.

Artwork is not to be used commercially unless prior authorization has been discussed. Any commerical commissions will receive an additional fee.

Use the artwork as an avatar, profile picture, banner, or personal display.

Repost the artwork with proper credit.

Print the artwork for personal use.

Use the artwork on personal social media.

Claim the artwork as your own creation.

Remove my watermark or signature.

Edit the artwork.

Use the artwork commercially unless commercial rights were purchased.

Sell merchandise using the artwork.

Commercial use must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission has been paid for.

Commerical rights have an additional fee that varies on how the artwork will be used.

Either party may cancel a commission before completion. Any refund will be determined by the amount of work that has already been completed at time of request.

My artwork may NOT be used for AI training, datasets, image generation, NFTs, blockchain projects, or any similar purpose.
